GOOGLE ADS ADVERTISING: The service offered by Host-n-Web.com is limited to publishing, displaying, and promoting the advertiser's ads on Google.com's website based on the required geographic location and contracted intensity. This service is always managed and administered by our specialized team with Google Partner certification.
It is not part of the service offered by Host-n-Web.com to guarantee sales conversions and/or bookings by interested parties or contacts during the advertising period.
PREMIUM HOSTING: The service provided by Host-n-Web.com corresponds to storage on state-of-the-art dedicated servers with data centers located in Dallas and Houston (USA) with an annual guaranteed uptime of 99%. We also have a backup service that ensures the proper storage of information (websites, emails, databases) for all our clients so that in the event of regular server-related issues, we can restore the service as soon as possible within the established times.
CANCELLATION AND/OR REFUND POLICY: For any service purchased and in the absence of agreements between both parties for their continuation, a credit note will be issued to the purchaser with the total amount paid, applying the corresponding discounts for services that have been partially delivered, based on the regular costs of the respective service (Not applicable to promotions, vouchers, or seasonal offers). This applies to all cases, including: Standard, Premium, and/or Managed Plans Advertising Campaigns, Domain Registrations, Web Hosting, Premium Corporate Emails. In none of the aforementioned cases do cash refunds apply, except for those services that, due to their activation nature, have not yet been activated.
PROMOTION POLICY: Promotions or offers will be pending activation for a maximum period of 1 month (30 calendar days), counted from the date of payment confirmation by our Sales Department. After this date, we reserve the right to cancel the order at any time by issuing a credit note to the purchaser with the total amount paid or applying corresponding discounts if the activation was partial or temporary.
The Online Potential Study promotion includes basic website analysis for advertising purposes, as well as a performance report based on potential and business competition.
